Hey all!!
Joined yesterday and already addicted!!
I have started my diet of 1200 cal a day, I'm currently doing weight loss yoga as my primary exercise routine but I'm thinking of starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Just wondering if it is suitable for beginners as my cardio levels are virtually non-existent at the moment lol!
Thanks

Its great for newbies. Its 3 differnt levels and you progress at your own pace. But if you know Jillian you know she's tough so you will be a little sore the first few days but stick with it. There are a lot of 30DS before and after pics and stories in the Success Thread.0

I too am a beginner and tried the 30 day shred. I since lost the DVD annoyingly but did really like it actually. There are 3 levels, I did the easiest level and found it hard work but certainly doable. I'd like to get back on it actually as I think the workouts were only 20/30mins. I like that they were high impact but short so although it hurt you know the end was coming soon.0

I'm all too familiar with Jillian after trying out her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvd lol. I use Bob's weight loss yoga too which is great but doesn't provide me with the cardio I need.
Thanks hun, I'm going to pop over to the Success Thread now0 -
Sounds like my kind of workout Ciara0

Hey, I'm new, just started last week and I started thirty day shred yesterday! I was also looking for cardio, I find the tredmill so boring! I'm definitely feeling the burn today but I took my before pictures and I'm looking forward to results!0

I might have to take some before pictures too, I think it'll be a great motivator.
Thank you and Good luck!!0 -
I love it! I do Jillian Michaels on opposite days of the gym. It helps ALOT. I've lost alot of inches and definitely in the "mom stomach" zone.0

Assuming it works I think it will be important to have pictures and measurements...All the success stories say you only lose like 10 pounds cause you're gaining muscle weight but you'll lose inches!0
