Hello everyone,

Just popped by to say hi. got alot of blob to lose and I intend to crack on from today :happy:

It B E A utiful weather here today so off down the beach for a 6 mile hike with a friend.

Any tips on how to use the site or get fit greatly appreciated, oh and I'm a little bit lonely in 'My Fitness Pal' world at the min, would love some friends :happy:

    You want suggestions? Well, for starters, click the link on my signature for my whole speil on developing a healthy lifestyle. But in addition:
    1. If you don't already have one, get a wok and a crock pot/slow cooker
    2. Learn to use and love veggies
    3. When you cook, cook enough for lunch tomorrow. It will prevent you from eating junk.
