Here's my 101 pound before and after picture 
Started About 11 months ago at 287 size 22 and XXL
Now I weigh 186 and wear a size 10/12 and Med or Large
(I am 5'11")
Hard work pays off!
26 pounds to go!!

It's amazing that you weigh more than me and look so much smaller. Height sure does make a difference. I'm only 5'0" at 152 pounds. I've got to lose at least 30 or so to look like you. Good job.0
