I love coffee with creamer and I was wondering whether sugar free or fat free would be a better option.

I don't do anything sugar free or fat free. Instead I switched from liquid to powder. Much less calories0

Maybe I'm wrong...but coffee creamer is the last thing I worry about. I will cut calories anywhere else but coffee creamer!
How much are you using? I use just enough to change the color of my coffee and get a little flavor. I have girlfriends that like it milkshake style! Or creamer with a splash of coffee... erk! Yuck!0 -
I just use the serving size..0

Just a thought, have you considered trying the sweetened almond milk in your coffee? Stuff tastes pretty darn good and it's only 60 cal/3g fat per 8oz. You can even go with a vanilla almond milk for 90cal/?g fat per 8oz. (don't know the fat grams for vanilla off the top of my head)0

Assuming you're only consuming moderate amounts of this item I'm going to boldly claim that it's not going to matter and you should go with personal preference provided you're accounting for the calories and fitting them into your diet accordingly.0 -

This. You could also just use milk or something similar.0 -

Agreed I use 90 calories (2 tbsp.) in my morning coffee (international Delight Hershey chocolate and caramel creamer) and just fit it into my daily caloric intake. Best of Luck0 -
If you're coming from regular... go sugar free. Fat free is just NASTY. Plus, most of us already put sugar in our coffee >.>0
