does the polar ft1 heart strap fit every1

hi ,

just about to buy one , does it fit all sizes ? I'm 229lbs and female .

    The M/L one should fit you without issue. That's the standard one included with the monitors.

    I think it fits most people, but you can always open the box and check out the strap at the store.
    As a side note, I can't remember if it's the FT1 or just the F1, but one of them do not count calories for you. Which I found annoying.

    The M to XL (I misspoke earlier) is said to fit 30 to 45 inches. For a woman, this is right where the band on your bra is, so if your band is less than 45", you should be fine.
