snacking at night

Hi my biggest problem seems to be at night after walking for an hour I just want to keep snacking. I really watch my calories during the day and exercise at night since I work till 6pm. What can I do to stop snacking at night or what I can eat a lot of that won't put the weight back on? I also heard if you eat after 8pm it is easier to gain weight. Any help or suggestions would be great! I'd love to loose at least 50lbs

How many calories are you eating? You may need be eating enough, which might leave you starving at night!0

I agree!
However I know I feel better the next morning if I eat my fatty or high calorie meals earlier in the day.
I also take a multi-vit before bed so it stays in the system longer (most of the vitamins are flushed out within a few hours). No evidence it works better or not, but in my mind0
