Eating out at giraffe

Options
Hi

Has anybody eaten out at giraffe and knows of a lowish calorie choice for lunch! I'm not a huge fan of salad, but will choose one if its the only choice for me to stay within my calories

Thanks x

I totally thought the same thing.

OP, I don't know the restaurant ,but generally look for a chicken/fish or steak meal that isn't covered in a cream or sauce. And add a side of veggies and possibly fruit.

Same here. And then I thought, "Would you burn more calories than you consume by trying to eat out a giraffe?" If the giraffe starts to run, at least you'll get some cardio in!

I read the thing (even reread it) till some one pointed out they did the same, then I re read one more time but slowly..hahaha

and sorry OP I never heard of that place.. if they don't off NI online then like some one else said, stick to lean meat, veggies etc

some salads can be just as high or higher than a meal (look at chilis NI, out of control)

    Wow . . . .

    Next time maybe capitalize Giraffe?

Look at their menu online and/or go for meat and vegetables

That's usually what I do when I eat out (a giraffe).

Typically a baked or roasted meat is a good choice... avoid things with heavy sauces or loads of cheese.... OR order whatever you want, and only eat half. Take the other half home for tomorrow.
