Stressed to the max! :/

Hey guys,
I just came on here maybe looking for some motivational words! I have 5 more days until I am done with this semester at school but I also have 3 finals between now and then. I am lacking motivation to study and have half a mind to leave the library right now, watch movies and eat ice cream all afternoon (ok so i wouldn't do that)...BUT I am running on empty for my motivation to study and am just very irritated all around! I am meeting my friend in 3 hours to swim laps and I am really looking forward to it! I just know I will feel better if I get some serious studying in between now and then and then I can relax and study leisurely tonight afterwards...
Any tips or advice? I guess I know what I need to do, just feeling really tired and kinda sad all around. Thanks guys for reading and sorry to be such a downer today!

You need carbs to fuel your brain — not simple, sugary ones, but maybe some fruit or a slice of whole-wheat bread. Try it and see if that makes it easier to focus!0

I feel the same way! I am a junior in college and it is hard. I am constantly tired because of early mornings and late nights. The end of the semester is alwasy the worst and I still have 3 weeks left! Working out is honestly one of my favorite things to do to get rid of some stress and to forget about all of the work I have to come back to! As I write this to you I am working on my millions of things to do and I want to get up and go to the gym. Thanks for motivating me, especially because all I want to do is sleep! Always remind yourself that what you are doing is worth it in the end and you are almost done!0

Yep I'm in college also I'm out June 5 the then start summer classes June 21. I really like the take home finals.I believe 4 term papers to write, Yikes!!!!! I think I'm gonna go swimming today also Hope the waters warm my doggie swims with me. Make sure you eat something before your test and finals Good luck0
