    Wow, you look amazing! I love seeing tall women weight loss stories, because I'm 5'10. My highest was 270. I lost 40 pounds, gained back 20, and am on the way to losing again.

    would you mind telling me how you lost it? (i.e calorie intake, exercises, etc..) I am a beginner MFP app user and have only lost 2 pounds so far. I am 243, 21 y.o and I would like to take small steps by reaching my first goal of 230 in 2.5 months. Thanks!

    Here's my 101 pound before and after picture :)
    Started About 11 months ago at 287 size 22 and XXL
    Now I weigh 186 and wear a size 10/12 and Med or Large
    (I am 5'11")

    Hard work pays off!
    26 pounds to go!!
