Hello

Let me introduce you to the typical yo yo dieter. Just 2 yrs ago exactly, I weighed in at 147 having lost a whopping 50 lb. i felt so proud and so well. Size 18 down to 10. Kicked the diabetes and stopped my blood pressure medication. Jan 1st saw me at 174, Now I'm back at 166 having lost 8.3 since jan 1st this year How could I do this to myself. The effort it took to loose that weight and now I'm doing it all again. A full wardrobe but no clothes .........

Don't beat yourself up! It happens to everyone. I'm a yo-yo dieter too! With how well you have done already this month you will be back in your cute clothes before summer.
  • Try to be Kind and Gentle to yourself. Beating yourself up is not going to help you. Don't look back....just move forward.

    Blessings and Peace to you!

    Congratulations on your weight lost!
I can not remember how many pounds I have lost and gained over the year! so I can relate to the YoYo dieting.
I realize I can not change the past or predict the future and I can only live for today.
Enjoy what you have accomplished and enjoy the healthy path you are on!

  • The thing to remember is that you know you can do it. You've done it before and you know you can do it again. Don't feel frustrated or discouraged. Feel confident in yourself and you'll be back in those size 10s again.
