    Thanks so much for your support and encouragement! I am SO grateful for the community of support here on MFP. Where else could I do a happy dance for being "obese" and have close to 100 friends cheer me on? :laugh:

    Great job! And the best part is that after four months, your new lifestyle is probably starting to become a habit. You have done the hardest part - starting and sticking with it. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO. Awesome!

    You look great! Big accomplishment. I think it is so STUPID how doctors label us as obese. You are not "obese".. Gah! So in a way I fins the comical side of this post..lol. Keep up the awesome work!!!

    YAY for you! I can soooooo relate.. I can't wait to shed the "morbidly obese" title... Technically with a BMI of over 50 I'm "super morbidly obese" Which is the highest category of obesity.. the same category as bed-ridden people. That was a real eyeopener for me. ... so yeah, anyway, Congratulations on being "just obese"

    I SO relate to you!! :flowerforyou: Never thought I would be this happy to be "obese" either!! Started 5 1/2 months ago at 320 lbs, today weigh 233! From 48.7 bmi to 35.4! 33 lbs to go til I'm "overweight"! Ha. See u there!! :happy:
