I saw Dr. Oz talking about it montha ago. He said exactly what to look for on the label. Has anyone out there given it a try and if so did you have any positive results?

Im on day 5 of taking it. Ive lost a pound a day so far, mostly water im sure, but it's helped curb my appetite, and keep me in track.

Mind over matter. The pills do nothing but if you think they do then go for it. At least your wallet will be lighter when it's over and Dr Oz will be richer.

Stop right there. Dr. Oz is a quack. If he says do it then run the other way. There's no magic pills that will make you instantly thin.
