    Yes im still doing this, im actually one my 5th round right now..... I have also done Insanity Asylum (2rounds) P90X2 (2 rounds) and just finished Body Beast before starting this new round of the X!!!! Ive gone through phases of cutting and bulking...... during Beast i went from 120lbs up to current weight of 132lbs.... im cutting again now with X and added cardio (running, ZWOWs and some Asylum).... looking to get down to about 125lbs. I gained about 6-7lbs of muscle with Body Beast so even at 125lbs i will look the same as i did at 120lbs just a little more muscular!!!! Thanks for all the wonderful feed back and i wish you all the best in this journey to better health!!! ;-)

    those are the best before and after pics i've seen. you can actually see in the first set how your neck and face are smaller.. amazing..plus you look so great and fit in those after pics. Wow!
