I started using MFP in February 2011 at 162 lbs, and got all the way down to my ideal 110lbs before developing anorexic tendencies and calling it quits before things got out of hand. I was told to gain weight to be at least 120 lbs.
April 2012, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and between surgery and being inactive, I've gained quite a bit of weight. It's been stressful with medical treatments and unhealthy decisions, so now I've put on too much weight for my liking. I tend to binge in stressful situations, which is probably why I've put on the extra pounds.
I weigh 136lbs and stand at 5'4, which is a healthy weight, but I'd ideally like to get back down to my 110 by prom, just so I can wear that dress I've been dreaming of.
Essentially, I've gone from too big, to too little, to where I am now (medium) but not my HAPPY medium.
If anybody has some tips or bits of motivation, it would be greatly appreciated.

After all you've been through, I have to say bravo for being a survivor and doing so well. You inspire me. Weight wise it sounds like you already are in a good place. Just buy the dress in a bigger size.0

The binge monster will prevent you from reaching that goal. It has kept me at a very unhappy weight for several years now. Maybe you can find something to replace the binges with?0
