    I'm 5'10 and began my weight loss journey this summer. It's been a hard road to becoming healthy again, but it's all going to be worth it in the end. :)

    I started at 226 and am currently at 168. I did Nutrisystem for two months and that helped me kick start my weight loss. I then discovered MFP and it has helped me keep on track. :) I want to get down to about 140-145 as my ultimate goal weight.

    I have loved reading all the success stories on here and just felt like sharing mine. I'd love to meet more people so that we can encourage each other to reach our goals! :)

    And Nutrisystems has been the plan that has helped me. I lost 35 lbs in 2011... Although a few lbs crept back on in 2012. So this Saturday I am starting the plan again. They said I could lean on their program anytime I needed to.. And its time... : )
