End of period and I weighed myself a day early. (usually do it on fri or sat)

I'm back up to 112.
I'm sure its water (?) My carb intake wasn't THAT bad. I have been drinking water...sodium down, too.
And yes fiber up.

I can't cut calories...sigh. Going to walk loops around the mall tomorrow (expect it to rain) with Judah. Can't go too fast with a 3 year old.
I'm not sure WHAT to do. Unless I decide to eat greasy fast food for a drain-o clean hahahah.
