Jillian Michaels Videos

I have a few of her videos that I haven't tried yet; I'm just wondering if people have tried them and if they were worthwhile? Any opinions are helpful! Thanks

I like Jillian Michaels on a day I don't feel like driving to the gym, but I wouldn't replace the gym with her. I especially like her ab DVDs (6 week 6 pack & Killer Abs) and her Kickboxing FastFix. What ones of hers have you tried?

I've only tried one that was a beginners video. I have Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones, and a couple others. I don't have a gym membership; the ones near me are expensive and quite often are full of people who are just there to show off.

I've heard that one is great. I also have the trouble zones video, and like you, I haven't tried it yet!

That's unfortunate. I'm really lucky I was able to talk my gym into giving me a better deal (waiving the admission fee and the trainer fee and lowering my monthly rate by $5) because I told them what their competitors were offering me. You can get them to back down on some stuff, but I understand if you can't afford it. I also like Ripped in 30, and I'm thinking of trying Yoga Meltdown and Extreme Shed and Shred sometime.

I love Jillian Michaels videos and have been doing 30 day shred for well over a year now. I have thinned out everywhere but my post baby (baby is 18mths so not so much a baby anymore) belly although feels stronger behind the bulge is still there and still a bit saggy even though I'm not sagging anywhere else so I may have to focus just on my belly for a while to even things out a bit.

Can anyone recommend a Jillian Michaels video that would be good for this?

I am having the exact same problem as you. I have been doing the 30 day shred for about 4 months now (my baby is 7 months)....religiously....about 6x per week and on top of that limiting my calorie intake. Although I have lost 12 lbs and thinned out pretty much EVERYWHRE....I still have a little pudge on my belly. It's driving me insane because I've been working really hard. Does anyone have any suggestions on another dvd thats great for getting rid of fat fast....maybe a good aerobic workout?? dvds from home are it for me with a small baby and 2 other kids at home.

I absolutely love Jillian's Body Revolution. I am on workouts 5 and 6 right now. After her workouts I feel all my muscles have been working. If you can afford the cost I would recommend it.

I lost about 10 pounds during phase 1.

I would think 6 week 6 pack would be good for reducing leftover baby stomach.
