So I had my son 7 weeks ago and have lost 45lbs from changing my diet and doing some light cardio. I am looking to start working on my jelly belly now. I'm new to working out and have no idea what I need to do. I am looking to start out working out at home. I know I need to do situps/crunches but I am not sure what type? There are so many varations... Also if there are workouts/videos that really work on this area that you swer by, please suggest. Thanks!!

I'm fairly new to this but I would say workouts that use your core a lot. Pretty much anything by Jillian Michaels will suffice.0

Work your core but be aware that it's going to take time to firm things up. I'm 5m PP wiht baby number 2 and I still have a good amount of jiggle, I'm in the last few weeks of Insanity and then I'm moving onto New Rules of Lifting for Women. But I've seen pictures of women who's youngest is 3 with a firm looking stomach so it gives me hope, I just have to give it time.0

I am in the same boat, I am lifting weights to strengthen my core. I am also running. I don't know how much cardio will help tighten alone, but with all the weight lifting I am already seeing a difference in only about 4 weeks of lifting.0
