Its been one year since I started my diet and excersize program and I can say proudly that with the help of using my fitness pal I have lost 90 pounds 
it was a long hard road and even though im not exactly where I want to be yet, I am proud of how far I have come. Always believe in yourself, you have more power than you think! You just have to believe it now!
