Can't you fit it into your calories? I mean, pizza is pretty good, and if you only eat it every so often, it isn't a big deal.0

If I was in that situation I'd have some pizza...with a side salad!! Had some this evening actually, and it really hit the spot!0
-
I agree, see if you can somehow swing it into your daily calories and enjoy a couple slices!!0

I don't give up pizza. I still have a slice now and then. But I have one plain slice instead of 3 "meat lovers" slices.
Have 1 slice of plain pizza and a side salad and promise yourself you won't have more than that.
Good luck!0 -
I would have the pizza and just calculate the calories.0

Have a slice of pizza with veggies and have your salad after that. Pizza's not all that awful for you as long as it's in moderation. If you still feel guilty about eating the pizza maybe go for a quick walk around the neighborhood after the meeting to burn some calories.0

i love you people0

I work in a pizzeria!!! I get offered a slice every day it just takes willpower to say no. However, everyone is right! Eat a slice!! A small indulgence won't hurt!0

Pizza is the best food, all food groups, just drink red wine with it and call it good.0
-
Have your salad BEFORE the pizza.0

Don't deny your craving just don't go over board . Ask if they can order pizza that is white with veggies or just regular pizza with veggies that will help you as well. Drink water with lemon and have a side salad. Or you can eat before the meeting so that your full and take a low cal snack so it wont tempt you.0

I too would opt for a slice or two with salad. Eat the salad first so you kinda fill up. Or if they offer a broth based soup you can try that first. usually if i have pizza I just really watch what I eat the rest of the day.0

I personally wouldn't, I feel empowered when I make the healthier choice haha, but do what you wannt You may very well deserve this pizza!0

1 SLICE...just one...Will not derail any sort of long term plan you have...and it might help prevent you from binging during a weak moment.0

I could never give up pizza, its too delicious.0

I eat pizza like a college kid, at least three times a week and then some, just motivates me to burn more calories because I love the za.0

Eat a big healthy meal before hand and drink somewater so you either are too full to fit any in or can only fit in a small amount. Make sure it fits into your calories though0

If you can just tell your self that ONE piece will be alright, you'll be fine. Another suggestion, bring your own. Lean Cuisine makes the best "diet" pizzas ever. You're satisfying a craving, without totally wrecking your diet. This is experience talking0

I have to agree with most of the people above. HAVE THE PIZZA!!! Just work it into your calories, do a little extra workout if you have to.0

I agree, can I quote you?0

You could just eat the Toppings!
Or thin crust no cheese or light cheese
Don't eat the crust0 -

now, I had some cold pizza for lunch, so maybe I'm not the best to come to on this, but ...
I'd just eat the pizza.0 -
Listen. Eat the pizza. It's OK. If you stop eating (pizza, ice cream, cookies, cake, etc.etc.etc.) all together, you are setting yourself up for failure. I have lost over 100 pounds in the last 9 months and just had almost a whole Kashi pizza for lunch, and half a Hardee's ice cream cookie sandwich before I worked out. The point in this journey is that the good must outweigh the bad...but remember, there can be no good without bad.0

and no reason to stick to one slice, by the way. two is still not a terrible blow to the calorie bank. and if you get to the gym ... three is easily doable.0

Eat your salad about half an hour before your meeting. Have a slice or two and leave it at that!
You will never go through life avoiding all temptations, the trick is to work it into your daily plan and not feel guilty about it. Personally the days I can indulge in pizza/icecream/burgers etc and have it fit into my macros are THE BEST DAYS!0 -

My cousin ordered pizza for the family tonight. I ate it, then went to the gym and ended the day perfectly in the green. Have the salad and a slice or two of pizza!0

Pizza has been declared a vegetable serving for over a year, so your gold.0

If you feel you won't be able to stop at your designated serving size, 1 slice or whatever, you could also make yourself something with the flavors the pizza would have, or pizza flavors that an ordinary pizza place won't offer.
your own pizza flavored salad with mini turkey pepperoni's or your fav. pizza topping.
pizza pocket with turkey pepperoni- my kids love those too. so easy to make.
made with piita pockets or your fav. tortilla
your own gormet pizza
you could also make buffalo chicken flavored any of the above, much healthier than eating actual buffalo chicken pizza.
