I think it depends on how you use it. Of course it's not going to help if you only fill it out every other day, or you don't log everything you eat or how you work out. But if you use it as it's meant to, it can be a tremendous help.
Seeing how much you've eaten, how much you can still eat, what you should eat, how much more you should exercise, it's a real eye opener. (I also really like the tool where it tells you how much you'll weigh 5 weeks from now if you keep up the habit). I also really like the blog and forum option because there are thousands of people out there who share your same frustrations, and are totally willing to kick you in the *kitten* to keep you motivated.
So if you use it right, there's no doubt in my mind that it will help. Just stick to it and don't use it for a week and then never touch it again. Being healthy is for life0
