Diet Chef and weightloss

Hi Everyone, I'm Krys, and Aussie living in the UK, and 1.5weeks ago I started on the diet chef weightloss plan.
Pros: food prepared for you, don't need to add anything but milk, water, fruit and veg.
Cons: ....nothing I've come across yet.
I've already lost 6kg, and my personal trainer was worried this was a lot of weight loss in a week. However I'm one of these seriously unlucky people who loses heaps in one week and gains it all back the following week....even if I eat healthily.
So! I'm looking for some people to help keep me motivated in my bad weeks, and who I can help keep motivated in return.

hi Krys - please add me if you like. I started Diet Chef last Sunday so this is my first week - unfortunately due to medical problems I can't exercise like I would want to - however, I do have an elliptical cross trainer which i am hoping to start using in the next week or so - how you finding the food so far - I'm quite enjoying having such healthy foods but without all the hassle of preparing them myself (except the veg lol)0

Hi kvg1210 . Diet Chef food is very yummy...and so hassle free! I have a busy lifestyle (doing a degree and working full time) so it's great to have fast preparation for food. I normally buy a couple of prepared bags of mixed veg from sainsbury's and steam my veg whilst cooking my main. Quick, easy, and delicious!
Prior to this diet I was eating a lot of take-aways as I just dont have time to stand over a stove for 30mins.
I use the elliptical at the gym, but like you I have health issues, so sometimes I just can't get to the gym, or even face walking down the street. I have a really supportive personal trainer, who knows me and knows when to push and when to back off!0 -
I started diet chef this week too and so far I am impressed, all the food I have tried so far has been nice, portions seem really small but I guess that is part of my problem! I started cutting back a few days before the food arrived so I have already lost a few pounds. Add me if you like, I would like some online buddies to help keep me motivated!

Is diet chef expensive?
My first month (28 days) is £99 but it goes up to £200 next month.
That works out just over £7 a day for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack.
I don't actually think that is too expensive and all the food gets eaten, usually I find I chuck out fresh food when it goes off and waste a fair amount of money. It seems reasonably priced to me, especially when you consider the savings you make. Lunch at work generally costs me £3-4 so my first month is actually the same price as I usually pay for lunch on it's own.0
