 I am tired of white wine, rum & diet coke and diet vodka tonics. I want some fun drink recipes that are less than 200 calories.

i know it can get old, but recently I stopped with the alocohol altogether, just to see what would happen.
No wine, no vodka -- just diet tonic and lime. I started noticing that my weight started to go down again
after a long long long plateau. I strongly feel that if I want to get to my goal any time soon, that I need
to be willing to give up those things that got me where I am today.
FOR ME, it's making a huge difference. Maybe some sacrifice on your part will get you to your
goals sooner so you can have that glass of wine that you long for. Just a suggestion
OR, you can maybe workout extra long on those days you want to splurge a little more.0 -

omg i looove bethany frankel....her margaritas look sooo appetizing! i really appreciate that she came out with her skinny girl cocktail line, cause the reality of it is, we all want a drink every now and then, and us girls like the flirty girly drinks, but those can have like 800 cals a pop in them. Thank you ms. frankel, you helped lushes everywhere not feel so bad!0 -

It's still summer, people! And what better way to celebrate than with a strawberrylicious frozen drink that's totally guilt-free?! This one's ripped right from the pages of our best-selling cookbook, and it's so good you'll want to MARRY it! Really... you will. Try it and see...
Ingredients:
1 shot (1 1/2 ounces) rum
1 packet (two 5-calorie servings) sugar-free powdered drink mix, any strawberry blend
3 frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. lime juice
5 - 8 ice cubes OR 1 cup crushed ice
Directions:
Dissolve drink mix into 1/2 cup cold water. Stir thoroughly. In a blender, combine drink mixture with all other ingredients. Blend to desired consistency. Pour, add a straw, and slurp that baby up! MAKES 1 SERVING

I have discovered that I'm just as happy with a seltzer with a splash of white wine as with a glass of wine. Plus, I can have a bunch, still not drink much alcohol at all, and I'm super-hydrated! A wedge of lime or lemon is a bonus. I easily go through three or four litres of water a night, and still only have a glass or two of wine. Cold is better than room temperature but I hate it when the glass is so full of ice that there is no room for the waterl.0

I like to do a light mojito by mixing white rum, diet tonic water, crushed mint leaves and lime juice. SO YUMMY and refreshing in the summer.0
