started diet on tuesday..... 25 lbs to lose . weigh in day is friday. I dont do much exersise so im dieting alone to lose the weight. Not sure wether to weigh in tomorrow or wait til next friday??? its only been a couple of days.

    Weigh in right away. That way you will have a base to work from. If you lose 2 lbs. between now and next Friday, you will have lost that with no encouragement. Do it before breakfast and always at the same time.
