I've been on MFP for over a year!

I have lost 11kg in the year I have been on MFP. I am not at goal weight. But I need to start recognising the work I've already done.

I saw this picture tonight:

I STILL see myself as the girl who weighs 84kg (185lbs). I STILL see myself as the overweight girl! This was pointed out to me by my fiance tonight. After I finished swimming some laps and was walking home I said to him "I felt a bit self conscious swimming next to those skinny girls" (Yes I know it's terrible I shouldn't compare) and he said "you're actually slimmer". What the?!

This prompted me to have a look through some of my pictures and there's NOT many and definitely not many full body shots. I hid in pictures. I never thought I'd be a person that hides in photos but that' was me. I'm happy to say I do see some changes. I need to start recognising that fact!
