    Yes, and keep your back straight. It targets your inner thighs a bit more than a regular squat.

    Done! Thank goodness! I started out trying to do sets of 25 but the more I did the harder that became. I'm sure I'll feel this in the morning but I'm just proud to have accomplished this challenge. Gonna try to keep my legs stretched out as best I can the rest of the day and hopefully that will alleviate most of the aching that I know will be there 2mrw. Can't wait for the next mini challenge!

    Done! Sets of 10, had to stand against the wall to make sure that I kept my back straight and took breaks in between each set but ...I did it. :smile:
