One Year Progress Pic

20 lbs lost, I am 5'5". I started at 158 last January and am now at 138 (that's what the scale said today)

I did this mostly by diet and tracking my food here. I am somewhat active but I don't do many workouts. That is what I plan to focus on now, looking into the summer months. Bikinis shorts and tank tops are right around the corner.

That's why I said this is just progress, I have about 5 lbs to go and some toning up to do. Then I'll have my official *after* pic :drinker:
