A few questions. 1-how many calories do you estimate it burn for each level. 2-when do you move on to the next level. 3-after the 30 days do you just alternate or do you start over again. Thanks everybody.

I'm not sure how many calories you burn because it's different for everyone. I calculated it under 27 minutes of aerobics. You could do it under calesthenics too. You do level 1 for ten days, level 2 for ten days, and level 3 for ten days with no breaks in between. I really liked it because you can feel yourself become stronger. It definitely built up my endurance too! After I completed it I just started doing other workouts but you can always go back and do whichever ones you want because it's still a good workout. I just like to switch it up so my body doesn't get used to one workout. :) Hope this helps!

I skipped right to Level 3 because I started mixing in 30DS after finishing Insanity. As I know you are aware, the calorie burn will be different for every individual and is based weight, age and intensity level.

I typically burn around 380 calories for Level 3 and I did not take breaks. I used 10# weights for the dumbbell clings and plank with side rows and leg raises. I used 3-5# weights for all other exercises.

Hope this helps! It is weird to see you post a workout other than Zumba!

You are probably going to get a lot of varrying answers to these questions.

    1. I use a HRM now, but before I used the circuit training excersice on here. It turned out to be pretty acurate, it kind of underesitmates just a tad for me. And each level burned about the same for me, give or take.

    2. Some do ten days of each level, some just move on when they feel they are ready, some incorporate other things in with it. I think this is more of a personal preference.

    3. This is another personal preference type thing. You could start over and do ten days of each or you could alternate. I personally hate level 2, kind of like level 1, and love level 3, but I couldn't do level 3 for 30 days. I would get bored. Right now I just alternate between many of her DVDs.
