I've been making something extremely similar for about a year now, however I do it a different way that uses less calories!
1lb / 450g turkey (or chicken, which works well too)
80ml chicken stock
half a pepper, cut into strips
a head of broccoli (or less, I love the broccoli), chopped
2 tbsps honey (30ml)
2 tbsps soy sauce (30ml)
3 garlic cloves, crushed.
1 teaspoon olive oil.
Heat the olive oil in the pan over a medium - high heat. Meanwhile, mix the turkey, crushed garlic, soy sauce and honey in a bowl.
Add turkey mixture to oil, stir fry until opaque - 3 mins or so.
Remove turkey with slotted spoon and keep warm.
Stir fry the broccoli and pepper for 2-3 minutes
Add stock, stir fry for additional minute
Add turkey and mix for a minute or two.
