low cal foods??

anyone who knows any low calories foods or meals please let me know , im bord of eating the same old foods and want to try some new ones but dont want to go off track with my diet so any ideas will b gd x

musrooms are really good to snack on 150g is only 20 calories! and thats a lot of musroom. salads with seafood like prawns, salmon and tuna with 1tsp of mayo is very low calorie. If you're like me and need some sort of carb to keep you going buy the thin sliced brown bread its only about 80 cals a slice. a small jacket potato with 10g of butter is around 200 calories, add a chicken bread without the skin and theres a meal at 320 calories. for breakfast i eat special k sustain with some wholegrain yoghurt which ever flavour i fancy and then some melon and thats about 180 calories.

Sometimes if i'm stuck on what to eat i'll go on a supermarket online webstore and look up foods id like to try and see what their nutritional value is.0
