Hello, My name is Chandra. I'm new here. I have only been here a week. I'm glad I've found this site. I've been coming on here everyday to log my meals and putting some exercise in here. I feel I need some accountability, support, and advice so I don't make mistakes often.

Hello ALL, my name is Michelle and this is my second week on MFP. My neighbor got me started and I am needing to lose a total of 45 lbs!!!!
