    Wow! You have come a long way in a short period of time! I always think it's going to take forever to lose the weight, but then I see all these wonderful success stories, like yours, and I'm so inspired and not afraid to keep at it!

    You look great! I'm 5 ft 11 and have a goal of about 165, so it is helpful to see what 168 looks like on someone almost the same height. I have about 25 lbs. to go. Hopefully I can keep on track like you have.
