Ignore your bad food day. Log it all and start today like it never happened. Drink a lot of water to help flush out some of the yucky you ate. Go for a walk and get some exercise. You can do it!0

aw that's terrible i'm so sorry. but just forget about it and move on tomorrow's a new day and one bad day won't throw you to far off, and remember that in two months your boyfriend will come home and see how fantastic you look! (although i'm sure you already do!)0

I know it's hard, but just think about how much MORE awesome you're going to look by having 2 extra months to prepare for his homecoming! Don't fall off the wagon now! Give yourself today, and start back tomorrow. Good luck!0

Forgive yourself. Start tomorrow with healthy food in reasonable amounts and regular exercise. Think how great you will look in two months when he gets home. (As a little reward, maybe plan a treat for him like a lingerie viewing with you as a model, or a boudoir portrait....)0

Everyone has a bad day now and then. To get back on course, just keeping tracking your calories. Don't stop. Don't worry about any damage you may have done, just focus on what your goal is. You can do it!:happy:0

Bad days are GOOD!! It gives your metabolizm a wake up call. You work hard every other day , so that you can have an off day once in a while. Minute by minute. You didn't do ANY damage. You don't need to beat yourself up I think you feel crappy enough.0

Just forget your bad day. It is understandable. It happens to everyone. Your journey starts today, not yesterday.
If you're having trouble getting yourself to eat healthy, I would recommend getting your favorite healthy foods for a great meal and thinking of it as a new start. I find it easier to start anything on a full stomach0 -
You can do this! I know that has got to be extremely hard. Keep at it, just think of how you will suprise him with your hot body when he comes home :smooched:0

Awh, sorry, love! I agree with others though, fill up on water and use these next two months to your benefit!0

aw, that totally sucks!!! I don't blame you for falling off...I really like what some of these ladies have said, use the extra time to get really buff for his homecoming.
and forgive yourself...0 -
That blows!! I'm so sorry...
Ok, you had your bad day...log it and get over it. I'm sure it's hard to put any kind of positive spin on the situation but think of it this way - you've got two more months to kick *kitten* in the gym (or whatever you're doing for exercise) to tone your body up even more so he can't keep his hands off you when he gets back (not that he'll be able to anyway).
Also, how about a girl's day this weekend? Maybe do some shopping (get some new lingerie for when he gets back?) and/or get a mani/pedi and/or go out for lunch or dinner and a drink or two. You could even go see a funny silly movie - The Guilt Trip looks pretty good. Those kinds of days always make me feel a little bit better...0 -
You know when you are learning to ride a bike, how you fell down? You didn't give up! You got up and brushed yourself off, (MAYBE CRIED A LIITLE) and then got back up and started again!
We are the same. We have a bad day, forgive ourselves, quit crying and get on with it! You can do it! Just think how good you are going to look for hubby! You could look at it as a gift, you have 2 more months to look even better!
Remember how far you've come and how good you feel. Be proud of yourself!
Hope that helps you get back!

Tip: Stop eating junk and start eating healthy. What's done is done. Let it go and move on.0
