What I love about everyones before & after pics is that it shows it is not the wieght,or maybe I should say only the weight, but the condition and tone of your bodys. And yes height does factor in but I have seen pics of women my height who have lost weight and now weigh what I do now and they look like what I WANT to look like. I love that. The before and after pics are really inspirational and push me to work my body harder. Thank you!!!!
