Hi guys!

I'm new here, just looking to make some friends for support and motivation!
I just had my 23 birthday yesterday and I feel like this is my new year and time to get my life and body back into shape!!
If you're looking for friends, have any tips and or advise I would greatly appreciate an add and would like to hear anything from tips to your story :)
