Hi I'm starting over again today I'm 213lb today and my goal today is to loose 5 pounds
by Memorial Day! My goal is to exercise everyday for an hour and stick to it this time.
I have to do this for my health I have ashma and just walking up stairs im out of breath. :(
I want to feel better and look better in my clothes and would like to get back into a bikini
someday!! I'm going to do it this time and stick to it!! :smile:

    Hiya! Everyday for an hour seems like a big beginning goal. Don't set yourself up too much. Good luck this is a great site!

    Good luck! Don't overdo it. You don't want to get sore, discouraged, and then stop. Been there, done that. Start off at your own pace. The more you do it, the more you'll want to do. You can add me as a friend if you'd like. I'm pretty much at the same weight as you (212.5 as of today). Last year I lost 30lbs and have gained all but 9lbs of it back. It's frustrating. I told myself I did not want to see 200 again, but here I am! So, this is a good place to keep each other motivated. Good luck again!

    i'm also starting today...again. I've been on a roller coaster when it come to my weight. Ive lost 100+ lbs 2x's in my 32yrs and I am committed to making the change again, because I know what I'm capable of. U sure u wanna work out an hour? U may want to adjust ur self to 30 min and work ur way up there after a couple weeks. Either way...good luck! Woot!

    I was going to weight watchers for years and I stopped in December because the
    scale just was'nt moving and paying $40 a month so I figured im going to try to do
    this on my own and save the money, well I think I eat pretty good and I was exercising
    alot at the time and was getting really discussted because the scale was'nt moving.
    So January I got the WII Fit Plus and that is alot of fun (very addicting) doing it everyday and
    eating really good foods and the scale still was'nt moving so today I'm starting over .
    I was always thin until I had 3 children and I want to be thin again so I feel better about myself
    and have more self asteem too.

    Well they say that you have to workout for an hour a day to loose so thats what im going
    to do because when I was working out for 30 minutes I was'nt loosing so this is what I
    have to do. We are going to do this, this time and we are going to keep it off!! Good luck to
