So, i put back on a lil weight since the last time i posted before and afters, gained from 140 - 160, now i'm back down to 140.. but i figured i'd post this to help myself and others get a bit of motivation...

    I would love to see your image, but they are too large and it pushed it off to the side...you can change this with your picture...just change the codes at the beginning and end of the photo code from IMG to img

    No, that won't change the picture size, go to wherever you have the photo stored and change the size to one around 400 X 700, and it will automagically change it here...

    Or we can copy paste to our browsers, or on some browsers right click and open in new window.

    Alternating jillians ripped in 30/killer buns and thighs 5x a week + pole dancing whenever i feel like it lol
