Question for the mamas!

Hello ladies (and possibly some gentlemen) I have a question. I have 2 kids (5 yrs old and 7 months old) and I've had 2 c-sections I am working my stomach hard and have been for the past week or so, I've been working everything but focusing on my abs because its my trouble area, any who I just wanted to know if any of the Momma's out there have been able to tone up their tummy's to make it look like it did before having children or at least close to it or am I just wasting my time? Pics and advice would be much appreciated!!

I am currently trying to do the same thing. I just started the 30 day shred workout by Jillian Michaels yesterday. I've only had one child (6 months ago) and did not get very big..my daughter was born at 29 weeks. Still would like to get my body back to "normal". I learned however, there is a muscle in the abdoman region called the Diastasis Recti than can separate from having children and can become worse with doing crunches and other workouts..so just want to watch out for that. Good luck with everything though..as of now, I would recomend Jillian Michaels dvds. Love her = ]0

I'll be watching this for an answer, Ive also had 2 c sections and 2 natural so really need to fix that area up or at least minimise it.0
