looking for friends

Hello everyone looking for friends to encourage along the way.. I am doing a 12 week workout and don't have that much to loose 10 pounds or less mainly getting body percentage down ...started last week

    Hey! I started my work out routine last week too, but I'm looking too lose about 17 pounds. Mainly lose a bit of fat and tone up.
    I'm new to the whole working out and going to the gym on a regular schedule so any tips from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
    What kind of workout are you doing for your 12 weeks?

    Hey I am also starting a new exercise routine, it's a 90 day undulating weight and cardio rotation, and I am looking to lose 23lbs total. I am pretty fit just a little hearty and I am definitely looking for encouragement. Right now it seems a little overwhelming and like to much 'work' to track my cals and exercise....

    Mountainmommy, I definitely agree with you. I wouldn't even know where to start to calculate calories..
