    You have nothing filled out and your diary is locked. Kind of difficult. Also, what are you stats.. height weight and your workout routine?

    Why are you starving yourself? You need a significant amount of more calories. Probably 2x more than what you are eating .Also, more protein would be beneficial.

    1/2 a cup of corn for lunch is not healthy hun. You need meat and some fats. You feel good now but if you keep eating like this, you wont. They tell you to eat a certain amount of calories for a reason. You should never go below 1200 daily. Please eat more.

    You ate 781 yesterday and 581 the day before, you are starving your body even if you don't feel hungry.

    Listen to them. You can eat plenty and lose all the weight you need to. Please don't think you need to starve yourself. It's important that you eat enough.

    you definitely need to eat more and eat more protein. You are not getting enough nutrients for your body to keep up with that baby!

    Eat more....you're not even eating the minimum calories you need before all of your extra exercise calories. You might feel okay now, but it will come back to bite you. You're doing great with the exercise, just eat more.

    Your profile says you are a teen mom. If you are nursing I implore you: please eat more! If you don't you will soon be unable to feed your child, and breast feeding is one of the best predictors of infant and child health. You are eating at a negative calorie level, which sounds awesome, but it's not. You need to eat AT LEAST your BMR (google it and calculate) and add around 4-600 to support breast feeding.

    ^ This. Course you feel fine, you've only been doing it two days. This is not the way forward, your metabolism will slow and you still won't loose weight. Be healthy. ALWAYS eat 1200 calories (or more!).

    Hmm.... well you definitely need to eat minimum of 1200 calories. Are you reading food labels when you put down the amounts? Generic potato salad has much more calories than 90...

    Definitely need to eat more. I see you've only been logging a few days. You should really find the thread "in place of a roadmap" and use that as a guideline. You want to get in shape, not starve yourself... right?

    you really need to eat more!!! you should at least be eating the recommended 1200 calories/day. you may think you are eating fine but the reality is you are starving yourself!! the question is if you keep eating the way you do how long can you keep that up?

    I agree you need to eat more. You need to do this the healthy way otherwise you are either going to make yourself sick or you are going to give up. Unless you have had weightloss surgery there is no need to eat so few calories.

    The plain fact is that you will lose weight faster if you eat more. I know that doesn't sound like it makes sense, but it's the truth. The forums here are filled with threads where people are eating a lot less than they need, and the body sort of withdraws and makes due with what it gets.

    It's counter-intuitive but has been proven again and again - you'll lose a lot more weight if you increase your intake. Check some of those links to see by how much.

    Who said you have to drink the coke.. and whats wrong with pizza? You can also talk to your family about eating better foods or see if you can help making food. But a young teen, especially a mother if nursing, should be no less than 1800 calories. You need to fuel your body or it will deplete it's muscle.

    Set you account to 1 lb per week and eat at those levels. Weight loss is about a calorie deficit. So you don't have to eat clean. Many of us eat unhealthy foods without adverse affects except for maybe some water weight.

    Feel free to look at my diary for suggestions on food. It's a mix of pre-packaged and home-cooked meals. Check out allrecipes.com for healthy eating ideas. You can also google healthy recipes to get more suggestions.

    Do you have health insurance that allows visits to a nutritionist? That would be a good start for learning as well.

    Agree completely with what the others have said. If they eat pizza-you eat the sauce, vegetables and more veg and the cheese-low fat would be good- same protein and less fat. How about some whole grains-aha-spaghetti instead of pizza, not too much difference in the ingredients, exactly, but healthier. Get them to save you a piece of chicken and then bake/roast/grill even boil it don't coat it with a bunch of empty calories and then load it in grease. After it's cooked, shred the meat and put some raw veg under it to make a salad. Use light or faf free dressings, or add some olive oil and vinegar to dress it. If they are makin' fried chicken, then there's eggs in the house. Boil some and add those to your chicken topped salad. Pass on the coke. Ice and water is much better.

    Not meant to criticize you-you are young and asked for help, so I hope I gave you some ideas how to eat healthier in your current environment. The baby needs you to be healthy so you can be a great Mom! And it is good for you and your self esteem and your future as well. A well fed (meaning well nourished, not FAT froim junk) body and mind is so important for ecerything you do.

    And you are really lucky to have this information online and folks with experience who are willing to step up and help you learn how to do it well.

    You can feel free to add me. I have my diary open. I just eat my calories and workout. I adjusted my calorie goal to 1560 because 1200 is just too low for me. I honestly don't consider myself on a diet. I eat what I want, when I want. I workout 6 days a week. There are days I am in the negative. Usually on the weekends. But if I made this a diet and said no I can't have this or that, I would never have lost the weight I have. It has to be something you can live with otherwise you will fail. Don't worry you will get this. Just do some research.
