    I'm 5'5' and 163 lbs. right now, would like to get down to 140. I just turned 40 and really never believed that whole "its harder to lose weight as you get older" saying-until I got there!!

    im 5'4" at 159....aiming to be about 140...I had lost 30 lbs last year (start weight 172!) and then have put back on 17lbs! UGH! Bought a new house and forgot to take care of me! :( feel free to add me--i'm not giving up-EVER!

    I am nearly 5'4", current weight 154. I could use some support/friends. I keep bouncing between 140 - 155, my body constantly stops dropping at 140. I need assistance getting back down to the 120s! After five babies and mediocre eating and exercising my body (and mind) is stubborn. :-)
