Is it too good to be true?

Not exactly a success story, but I've been doing this for only 4 days now and I already got to the point to where I don't crave anything bad.
I used to wake up, and crave the hell out of cheeto puffs or potato chips and soda. Typical junk foods.. but now, I wake up and then I sit around, or exercise, and don't even attempt to eat anything unless I'm actually hungry. Then I cook healthy, and everything.
I can't remember the last time a bag of chips or something worse has entered my mind, until now. And that's only because I'm writing about it.

Is this a good thing or a bad? Is my lack of craving now going to result in a hardcore craving later?

it only took me around one week of clean eating and then i didn´t crave for anything bad and it have been like that in 12 weeks so i cant see that is a bad thing that you dont have to struggle with it too long =)

Personally, I still crave al the dirty nasty little treats and as bad as it might sound, I don't stop myself.
What I have done is start to balance the calories better.
I work out harder. If I need a spare 100 cals for somehting, I go for a walk for half an hour.
Slowly but surely I'm tidying up my diet, but I could never have just shifted it overnight.
    I salute you sir!

great going Corey!!! wait til it gets to the point that you have some of that junk food and you get a belly-ache from it. 2 weeks ago I went to Wendy's and had an order of fries....ugh...my belly was revolting against them. Good job again

I was just going to say the same thing, It took me about 2 weeks to have the cravings subside. I still want them because i KNOW it will taste good but then i get crazy stomach aces afterwards. Same thing if i eat too much food no mater what it is.

Making the better choice is soo much easier when comparing numbers - I can have 2 smoked salmon wraps, with yoghurts cheese, on ultra thin wraps with a pile of rocket, or one tiny fruit mince pie - and once you compare to a packet of chips or a can of sugar soft drink - you realise you can eat tons on a diet.
