Good Morning!!!!

Day 2 of my journey, and I feel so great this morning! It's amazing how when I actually eat what I'm supposed to, already I can tell a difference in the way I feel, just after one day. Started out with a V8, which is pretty typical for me in the morning, it's going to be avoiding snacking, which should be okay today as I'm helping to move one of my clients into housing, which counts towards exercise! Today's lunch will be a healthy made salad at my office with 2 of my coworkers.

I hope that everyone is able to work towards their goals today!

  • Good morning! I'm glad to see you are feeling well this morning and have a plan for today. Snacking is what gets me too. Don't be afraid to snack though. I have found a small bit of animal crackers or an apple will satisfy me when I get that food craving. Good luck moving your clients!
