For lifting - I love Kid Rock and his attitude songs but any good rock will do. Pop or hip hop on Pandora for running.
  • "Dirt off your shoulder" by Jay-Z or "Yeah" by Usher (feat. Ludacris and Lil' John)!

Madonna's Ray of Light is my go to song to push through. I can always visualize light pumping through me and lifting me up. The key is finding that one song when you hear it that you connect with.

Year of Summer - Wildstylez, Neils Geusebroek
It starts off kind of slow and then really pounds into it midway. It's a good song for when I'm on the treadmill. It gives me about 1:30 before it gets intense.

Also Troublemaker by Olly Murs and Flo Rida. :)

  • Rock and Roll from 70, 80 and 90's. There several songs from 2000 to present that I enjoy as well. I may be old but I love to work out with music that get me moving. You betcha!!! I would like to lose aprox. 35 to 40 lbs.
