    The difference between the second and third picture was SHOCKING. You were very pretty before -- can't diet yourself into that skin tone and eye color! -- but you look amazing now. Congratulations. :)

    you are so gorgeous! what wonderful results! you should be so very proud! if u dont mind me asking what did you do for exercise?

    I have bad knees ( i need total knee replacements in BOTH, but they wont do it since I'm only 26) I did ALL low impact. I cannot run so for cardio i would do elliptical and as I like to call it the DEATH machine AKA the stair stepper. That is an insane carido workout for someone with knee issues. i would also do weights and bike
