How to lose 33 pounds in 3-4 months?

  • I did it but wasn't proud of it. I worked out a lot and ate very little. Fighting now because of it. If I were you, try to stay under all your goal intakes and exercise regularly. You should be able to do it!
  • I lost almost 30 last fall and kept it off for a year. I wasn't counting calories at the time so I'm not sure what my intake was. I cut out all pop and sweet tea and started watching portions. I also did a 45 minute spin class twice a week. The pounds just melted off for the most part. I now wish I had started counting calories then because I'd probably be at goal. Instead, I quit going to to class, the bad eating habits crept back in and I gained it all back.

    I did it by being obese and having almost 100 lbs to lose.

    work out every single day. Drink a ton of water. watch your calories. avoid all sugar and breads and all that. plan all your meals and don' t have any 'cheat' days. don't go out to eat make all your own food. could be possible if you're really commited I guess and work really hard ...

    - probs depends on you though and how much you have to lose ...
