Vibrogym vs gym.

Looking for advice.. I got my programme updated at the gym on Wednesday. All I was expecting was heavier weights as I was managing well with the previous sets. Instead the instructor has done my whole programme using the vibrogym. Squats, lunges, arm raises etc all on the machine. There is also some cardio involved. I just don't know how well this programme compares to the last. Can squatting on a vibrating machine really do more than squatting with weights? Should I stick with it for the recommended month or get it changed now?
