Insanity results from people on the heavier side :) ?

Hey so I'm on the lower side of 150lbs maybe less and started Insanity 10 days ago.
Just looking to see any progress stats or pictures of people on the heavier side as all I've seen with searching is people with a lower body weight and just toning up :smile:

    When I started Insanity I weighed 177lbs. I'm 5'4. I lost 17lbs and 17in. I ate around 1500-1800 calories everyday. Tried to do it staying around 1200-1300 but it wasn't working for me mood wise.lol. Set my macros for 40g protein, 35g carbs, and 25g fat. Be patient with the workout. I didn't see weight loss in the first week, but did lose inches so I fully recommend taking measurements. And push yourself. Don't worry if you don't keep up with the people in the dvd, they are crazy! As long as you keep form and push yourself to do better each workout, you should do awesome! Good shoes are also super important. My knees started bugging me but once I changed shoes I was good to go.
