:smile: Hi all! My name is Brenda and thank-you for having me as a member of your group. I'm starting today to change my eating habits. I am extremely overweight and this has caused several health problems. I am looking for and will support anyone while on my adventure. I have finally come to realize this will be a long journey, but i will take it "one day at a time". God Bless all and hopefully i can be supportive to all of you on our journey :flowerforyou:
