British (or Commonwealth) friends!!
What exactly are biscuits?
I've always thought biscuits were the same thing as cookies... but now I'm starting to wonder if biscuits can be crackers, too?
In the US, we have something called Tea Biscuits, which are small, light, lightly sweetened cookies that go really nicely with tea or hot chocolate. But I really want to get a good grasp on what exactly "biscuits" are, per British culture.
